A tyre is out of balance when one section of the tyre is heavier than the others.

Wheel balancing at Fleet Autocentre redistributes the weight around the tyre, extending its lifespan, improving its performance and increasing the safety of your car. To balance a wheel, one of our expert technicians will mount it on a balancing machine that spins the tyre and the wheel to isolate the heavier part, which will then be compensated for by attaching a weight on the opposite side.
